Top floor: 1 room with 3 beds. 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm), separate WC. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (3). Nice view of the mountains, the valley and the resort. Facilities: washing machine. Reserved parking (fenced). Electrical and fireplace heating.
The house is made of wood balks in a regional style. There are some antique machines which were used in a past for producing butter and weaving. Location of this propery ensures peace and maximum relaxation. In front of the house is a grassy badminton court and fire place. There is also a swing (hanged on a tree) and a hammock. Owners of neighouring house can provide fresh milk, eggs and cheese. Winter: access road are passing and if needed snow removed. End of driveway is very steep and can be troublesome. In that case there is a possbility to park a car 30 m from entrance gate. Nice, simple chalet "Pod Lipami". On the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, in the countryside. Private: grounds 2'500 m² (fenced), garden (fenced), meadow (fenced). Outside shower. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: washing machine. (in winter snow chains necessary).
