Open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Terrace 25 m², south-east facing position. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue. Facilities: washing machine. Reserved parking (fenced, 2 cars). Please note: only 1 dog accepted. There is shower and a WC in the garage. The house is accessed via 5 small steps. Right of way through the grounds for the neighbours.
