The residence Les Balcons s'Anais is located in the centre of La Norma, directly across from the gondola lift, 200 m. from the shopping centre of the village. The residence is made up of three buildings, no higher than four or five floors, that are built in a U-shape. The apartments are located on various floors within the blocks. The apartments are of a good standard and well furnished. Small balcony (5 m) with garden furniture.
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described.

Region:

The roughness of the eternally white mountain tops and glaciers are characterstic of the Alps. Lakes, meadows and vineyards can also be seen. An area of contrast and breathtaking beauty.

Fairy tale like Castles and picturesque villages, also Roman splendour. The beauty of the towns Annecy, Chambery and Lyon. It is also the land of 'Beaujolais' wine. A unique holiday area for everybody!

In the Alpes du Nord you will find enormous winter sport regions such as Les Arcs, Espace Killy, Les Portes du Soleil, La Plagne and the Mont Blanc. A perfect ski region! Also plenty to do in the summer. You will find interesting towns and imposing countryside with lakes, streams, green valleys and nature reserves with endless walking possibilities.

Ski area: Valloire & Valmeinier

This ski resort consists of the villages Valloire and Valmeinier. Both are modern villages with various facilities for the real winter sports fan. At least three quarters of the 150 km of ski runs are in the village of Valloire as are most of the facilities. All the resorts together have a total of 40 km of ski runs of various levels of difficulty.

Valloire is a modern ski resort where both beginners and advanced skiers can enjoy themselves. This is an attractive mountain village full of atmosphere and is also known as a real winter sports resort. You will find several facilities here such as various restaurants, bars and discos. These all contribute to a pleasant après-ski. The village also has a cinema, a bowling alley, a fitness centre (including a sauna, Jacuzzi and hamam) as well as a skating rink. There are therefore several other things to do as well as skiing.

The village Valmeinier consists of two parts, Valmeinier 1500 and Valmeinier 1800. The first is the original village and access to the ski resort is via Valmeinier 1800. The central aspect of this village is the pleasant square surrounded by various terraces, bars, restaurants and shops. You have a great view of the valley (Vallée de Maurienne) from the terraces or your balcony. Torch trips are also organized here.
