At 4 km from the village of Cotignac (VAR-department), nestled in an estate embracing 4 hectares, this charming independent house (220 m²) surrounded by oak, pine and olive trees. This former sheep-pen of the 18th century, was restored in 2000, adding contemporary refinement and comfort to its authentic core. Its swimming-pool and summer kitchen will allow you to spend pleasant moments of relaxation, in an exceptional natural setting.
Numerous activites are at hand in this area: the Lake of Sainte Croix and its famous Gorges du Verdon offers canooing, water-biking, surfing... You can also take advantage of the relative proximity of the Côte d'Azur (Saint Tropez and its Mediterranean beaches, 65 km). And don't forget the different excursions you can make in the surroundings of Cotignac : waterfalls of Sillan (6 km), Salerne (15 km): famous for its terra cotta tiles, typical for the provençal houses.

The undulating countryside coloured with sunflowers and lavender is typical of the Provence/Côte d'Azur, but you'll also find orange trees and palms on the coast.

This is the home of the famous Châteauneuf-du-Pape. And of the picturesque villages, historical towns, Roman remains and beautiful coastline with fashionable sea-side resorts.

Great masters like Picasso, Matisse and Van Gogh were all inspired here?. Once you've sniffed up the flavour of the Provence you'll be stuck on it!
