House:
The residence consists of 9 small, two storey apartment complexes. There are apartments for 6 persons (FR-04400-18) and 8 persons (FR-04400-19). There are a number of detached chalets for 10 persons (FR-04400-20). The apartments and chalets are very well kept and are in a good location. All apartments have a terrace or balcony.
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described.

General: 1 kitchenette (ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer), 1 living/bedroom (double sofa bed), 1 bathroom (bath), 1 WC, 1 loft (double bed, 2 pers folding bed), balcony or terrace, heating (electric).

Region:

The roughness of the eternally white mountain tops and glaciers are characterstic of the Alps. Lakes, meadows and vineyards can also be seen. An area of contrast and breathtaking beauty. Fairy tale like Castles and picturesque villages, also Roman splendour. The beauty of the towns Annecy, Chambery and Lyon. It is also the land of 'Beaujolais' wine. A unique holiday area for everybody!

In the Alpes du Sud you will find the large ski areas Les Trois Vallées, les Deux Alpes and Alpe d'Huez. You can also enjoy the impressive mountain scenery with beautiful extensive nature parks like the Vercors. Or book one of the caves or go on the Napoleonroute.

Ski area: Espace Lumière

Situated near the famous resorts Pra-Loup and La Foux-d'Allos, you will find the winter sports area Espace Lumière. There are many old, attractive and typically French villages in this region. Until late season a snow guaranteed destination for your winter sports holiday. The big and modern ski resort has many wide runs and is therefore ideal for beginners. It is also a sunny destination, with at least 300 days of sun per year.

For skiers of every level, this winter sports area is a fabulous destination. By connecting two ski areas, you will find a significant length of pistes here and both novices and off-piste fans will experience a fantastic winter sports holiday here. In the evenings you can use the lit Pra Chauvet piste in Pra-Louo. Snowboarders too have endless possibilities in this region with a halfpipe and a fun park. Langlauf is less represented in this ski area, but within a short distance, in Barcelonette, you will find 30 km loipes for langlaufers of any level.

Enjoy the après-ski in the evening. In typical southern fashion, dining does not start till 20.30 h and the night life does not start till late. With the wide array of restaurants, you are sure to find something to your taste. After all the effort and an exhausting day, you will have a nice resting point in a cottage near the piste... to catch your breath !

Holiday park: Le Hameau de Praroustan
?Le Hameau de Praroustan? is in the Les Molanes district, just past Praloup 1500. The residence has delightful views of the mountains. The ski area boasts over 180 km of ski runs and takes you to a height of 2600 metres. There?s plenty to enjoy in Praloup 1500 and Praloup 1600 just a few metres from the skiing. The two villages and the ski area are connected by a free shuttle bus.
