From here you can take a boat trip to visit the fascinating canal marshes, the Marais Poitevin. La Rochelle and Niort are close by and beaches are within 45 minutes drive. Well tended front and back garden with flowers, trees and a large paved terrace overlooking the swimming pool (8x4m) in the garden below.
