The residence is in an ideal location, close to a magnificent, fine sandy beach (2 km) and the Gruissan casino, and 5 minutes on foot from the town centre and the new port.

The location of the residence will enable you to explore the many beautiful attractions in the region: the old village of Gruissan, Cathares chateaux and Corbières vineyards.

A beautiful hinterland with hills, vin yards, characteristic villages and towns like Carcassonne and the "Cathar Country". And don't forget the nature reserves Cevennen and Gorges du Tarn.
