Feline Holidays´ Best Price Guarantee

We guarantee that you will not find our holiday homes at lower prices anywhere else.

If, at the time of the booking, you should find the identical holiday home at a lower price, Feline Holidays will match the lower price under the following terms:

• The holiday home and services are completely identical (that is the rental price including the same mandatory expenses, the same number of persons of the same age, fees, added expenses such as end cleaning etc.).
• The alternative price must be valid at the same time. (Feline Holidays will only guarantee the price when the arrival date and the departure date are identical).
• The lower price must be documented in writing.

The documentation must be available to Feline Holidays at least 24 hours before the start of the rental period – and no more than 7 days after the booking of the holiday home. If the booking concerns a hotel or an inn, the price guarantee is valid for 72 hours from the time the booking is completed.

If mandatory surcharges and fees, etc., not listed in your booking confirmation are charged in connection with a reservation, they will be reimbursed - against due documentation - by Feline Holidays A/S. This does not apply to public tourist taxes.
